Not speaking for either side's sanity (they have none), but is this even legal?
I mean, I guess there are probably some disclaimer saying that any picture uploaded onto cheeseburger server becomes property of icanhascheeseburger.com, but what if the picture uploaded didn't belong to the uploader, nor did the picture taker give any type of permission or even have knowledge that their picture of their silly cat has now become some sort of poster child for capitalism insanity?
Ok, that's going too far, it's not like anyone besides Jones Soda is making any money out of this, and the only reason they are making any money is because their beverages are refreshing and delicious... well, except for their holiday themed ones.
