I finally tried to look up the origin to these pictures, and found out through Encyclopedia Dramatica (NSFW) that it originated back in 2006 from an even older saying originated possibly back in 1999 on Old Man Murray
Internet was crude and odd back in the day... ok, it's crude and odd now, so my statement's a bit redundant.
