Some nice people got together and put up a list of names that could be real, but certainly sounds filthy when uttered with a slight slur. What bothers me is a complete lack of Ben Dover.

Ben R. Over
I understand that maybe it's cliche, but like "Ivana Dick" or "Hairy Butthole" (that might not be an actual name), you can't have a proper list of dirty sounding names without "Ben Dover", especially when that's someone's actual name (who is not related to hard core British Gonzo Porn).
