Headphones leading cause of Helicopter death, research indicates.

I god damn kid you not.

A helicopter crashed into a 23 year old man as he was checking his mail, and they are blaming the fact that his death may have been prevented had he "maybe possibly sort of we aren't sure about really" not wore his headphones?

Look, the idiots that wears their headphones all the time (I'm guilty of it) and walks around oblivious to the world (why did you think drivers would pay more attention?) and ends up being run over by a train didn't do it because of their device, they simply choose to not pay attention to their surroundings. Sure the devices may have had some fault in causing the distraction, but NO AMOUNT OF ALARM IS GOING TO SAVE YOU FROM A FALLING HELICOPTER!

I mean seriously, just ask Vic Morrow.
